The Local Cultural Council grants and
the Helen Ellis Charitable Trust grants.

Cultural Council Grants |
2008-2009 Timeline: |
Applications will be available Monday September 15, 2008 and must be submitted or postmarked by Wednesday October 15, 2008. Notification of disapproved applications preliminary approvals by November 21, final approval by January 15, 2009.
Programs should be scheduled to begin anytime after January 15, and must be completed by December 31, 2009.

There are two possible applications - the LCC and the PASS. PASS is limited to schools - see Frequently Asked Questions. Both the LCC and PASS applications are in both PDF and Word format. See IMPORTANT FACTS ABOUT USING PDFs

Applications can be mailed to the Westport Cultural Council, Westport Town Hall, Westport, MA 02790. If mailed, they must be postmarked by Wednesday October 15, 2008. If hand delivered to the Town Hall or the Library, they must be received by Wednesday October 15, 2008 at 4:00PM. Late applications will not be accepted.

Applications will be available Thursday, February 12, 2009 and must be submitted by Thursday, March 12, 2009. If mailed, they must be postmarked by Thursday, March 12, 2009. If hand delivered, they can go to either the Town Hall or the Library and they must be received by the same date at 4:00PM when both places close. Late applications will not be accepted.
Notification will be by April 15, 2009. Programs can be scheduled to begin anytime after May 1, 2009 and must be completed by April 1, 2010.
